The Sales Support shall undertake administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department. The Sales Department is an integral component that shall focus on making sales and following the sale all the way to the closing of the sales process. This position is essentially an order expeditor, assisting customers and the sales team through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking, and shipping orders efficiently.

  Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Exceptional reading, writing of English as well as solid arithmetic and Computer skills.
  • Ability to organize vast amounts of data and multi-task several priorities with excellent time management.
  • Capable of working MS Office suite, specifically Excel, as well as the ability to grasp an ERP System.
  • Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.

  Responsibilities:
  • Generate and Process new sales leads as necessary.
  • Answer phone calls from customers and deal with problems as they arise.
  • Take sales information and put it into an easily readable format.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their particular product.
  • Make sure that salespersons are on track with sales goals.
  • Work with other departments to make sure that sales processes are going through correctly.
  • Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
  • Exert attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; report the problems as necessary.
  • Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
  • Update all contact information for customers.
  • Expediting requests, rush orders, and altering sales orders and shipping information as required.
  • Do any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in conformance with the goal of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Any other duties as directed.
